Abuja businessman and social media personality, Victor Izuchukwu, popularly known as Abuja Korea, has narrated how he narrowly escaped an attempted abduction inside his own home—an attack allegedly led by one of his workers.

Speaking in an interview with Sahara TV, Izuchukwu described the incident as a “terrifying experience” that began with strange movements around his residence and the sudden agitation of his dog.

Sensing danger, he stepped outside to investigate.

“I saw one of my workers loading his rifle with bullets. His name is Damina,” Izuchukwu said. “The moment he sighted me, he shot directly at me. Fortunately, the bullet missed, so I ran behind the house.”

According to him, Damina, who had worked for him for several months, was allegedly collaborating with a group of armed men to abduct him. Shortly after the initial gunshot, more gunmen reportedly stormed the compound.

Izuchukwu said the assailants fired repeatedly while combing the premises, attempting to flush him out as he hid behind the building.

The businessman described the ordeal as a planned attack from within, stressing that he had no prior reason to suspect his worker’s involvement in criminal activity.
