Super Eagles forward Ademola Lookman has etched his name in history as the 2024 African Footballer of the Year, solidifying his status as one of the world’s finest players.
Lookman triumphed over a competitive field, including South Africa’s Ronwen Williams, Cote d’Ivoire’s Simon Adingra, Morocco’s Achraf Hakimi, and Guinea’s Serhou Guirassy, to clinch the prestigious award.
His victory ensures the title remains in Nigeria, following teammate Victor Osimhen’s win last year.
