CCT Chairman to commence trial of 17 persons today

The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) Chairman, Justice Danladi Umar will on Wednesday (today) preside over the trial of 17 persons for various offences.
A letter of notification issued and signed by the Director of Legal Services of the CCT, Mrs Bintu Abubakar, indicated that six persons were due for judgment while ten are for arraignment and one for mention.

The letter dated 7 September 2021 has also put the accused on notice for their appearance beginning from Wednesday, 15 September 2021.
The letter reads partly: “We hereby notify you that the Tribunal shall have its next Court session for the Month of September, 2021 at the Code of Conduct Tribunal Court Hall, Headquarters Complex, Daki Biyu Jabi District, off Solomon Lar way, (After Jabi Motor Park) Abuja.”
