The Director-General of CLTC, Hon. Rinsola Abiola, disclosed the engagement on her official X account on Tuesday, highlighting its strategic importance in advancing the Centre’s mandate.
During the visit, Osarobo presented souvenirs and essential medical items produced by the Training, Operations, and Rescue Unit of the Man O’ War Diaspora Forum—a gesture Abiola described as symbolic of the growing partnership between both institutions.
“I received the Deputy Coordinator of the Man O’ War Diaspora Forum, who paid a courtesy visit to present souvenirs and essential medical items designed and produced by the Training, Operations & Rescue Unit,” Abiola said.
The meeting also included Dr. Alero Adjekota, Director of Operations and Rescue at CLTC, reinforcing the operational relevance of the visit and the need for sustained coordination in areas of training, discipline, and emergency response.
Abiola praised the Man O’ War Command for its continued cooperation, noting that supervision of the movement is a critical component of CLTC’s statutory responsibilities.
Observers say the engagement signals a renewed focus on capacity building, youth discipline, and service delivery within paramilitary organisations under CLTC’s oversight. Analysts believe such collaborations will strengthen institutional frameworks and enhance leadership training nationwide.
