End Bad Governance Protest: Osun Amotekun Commander assures residents of adequate security of lives and property

As the End Bad Governance Protest continues in Osun State, the Corps Commander of Osun Amotekun Corps, Dr. Adekunle Omoyele on Friday assured the residents of the State of adequate security of lives and properties.
Omoyele made the assurance during an interview with journalists in his office at Amotekun Headquarters, Osogbo.
He urged the residents of the state not to panic as the youths nationwide will be protesting against the hardship experienced in Nigeria.
The Corps Commander, said the Governor of the state, Sen. Ademola Adeleke, and all the security chiefs in the state had met with all the concerned youths and stakeholders to make the protest peaceful with no chaos or violence in the state. While the concerned youths have assured the Governor and the security chiefs that the protest will be peaceful.
Omoyele, assured the residents of the state that the Amotekun operatives were on standby if there is any breakdown of laws and order in any area of the state.
He also advised the residents of the state to call the attention of the Amotekun and other security agencies if there’s any security bridge in their environment.
