Governor Kefas Inspects Schools, Orders Upgrade of Educational Facilities in Taraba
Governor Agbu Kefas has embarked on an inspection tour of public secondary schools in Jalingo as part of efforts to improve educational infrastructure across the state.
During the visit to Government Science Secondary School, the governor directed contractors to commence the renovation and upgrade of key facilities within the school.
The projects ordered by the governor include the renovation of classrooms, fencing of the school premises, construction of toilet facilities, establishment of security posts, provision of water supply, hostels, staff quarters, and laboratory facilities.
Governor Kefas also inspected facilities at Government Comprehensive Secondary School during the tour.
According to the governor, the inspection forms part of his administration’s commitment to strengthening infrastructure and improving the quality of public education in Taraba State.
He reaffirmed that the state government remains focused on creating a better learning environment for students and improving educational standards across public schools in the state.
