Klub98 Initiative, a non-governmental organization founded by alumni of Government Secondary School in Kubwa, Abuja, has extended commendations to Mrs Oghogho Musa, President of the Defence and Police Officers’ Wives Association (DEPOWA), for her exemplary efforts in capacity building and philanthropic endeavours.

According to a statement by Mrs Chibugo Michael, Vice President of Klub98 Initiative, DEPOWA has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to empowering individuals through the DEPOWA Skills Acquisition Centre under Mrs. Musa’s leadership.

She added that the recent Combined Graduation Ceremony of Batches 14, 15, and 16 of 2023 Trainees stands as a testament to Mrs. Musa’s visionary leadership and dedication to creating positive change within society.

Mrs Michael praised the DEPOWA President for her unwavering support of the trainees, providing them with comprehensive training, essential materials, and monthly stipends to ensure their success, adding that by prioritizing the empowerment of women, youths, and vulnerable members of society, Mrs Musa has exemplified DEPOWA’s mission to foster self-sufficiency and contribute to community development.

“In addition to her transformative capacity-building initiatives, Mrs Musa has made significant philanthropic impacts since assuming the presidency of DEPOWA, and that’s commendable,” Mrs Michael stated, highlighting Mrs Musa’s efforts to extend beyond the DEPOWA Skills Acquisition Centre to encompass various projects aimed at improving the well-being of Defence personnel and their families.

Mrs. Michael recognized Mrs. Musa’s exceptional leadership and applauded her tireless dedication to uplifting individuals and communities.
