Kogi Guber: Dino Melaye raises alarm, says result sheets tampered with

Sen. Dino Melaye, Kogi state Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) governorship candidate, has raised the alarm that all polling units in Ogori/Magongo local government areas of the state have had their result sheets tampered with or prefilled.

Melaye added that there are widespread demonstrations in the units because voters are refusing to be recognized and are demanding that the area’s voters be given access to the plain result sheets.

A brief video that the former senator from Kogi made public on social media on Saturday morning revealed these, coinciding with the state’s ongoing off-season gubernatorial election.

He called on the populace to oppose any wrongdoing that would undermine their aspirations as Kogi’s people.

“The result sheets have been filled and tampered with already, and people have refused to accredit, people have refused to vote and they are insisting that the plain result sheets must be returned to agents in accordance with the electoral law.
