Naim Yazbeck, President of Microsoft Middle East and East Africa, has announced a major strategic partnership between Microsoft and First HoldCo aimed at accelerating innovation and digital transformation across Nigeria and Africa.

In a statement shared on LinkedIn, Yazbeck confirmed that Femi Otedola, Chairman of First HoldCo, led his board of directors on a visit to Microsoft’s Dubai office to advance discussions on the collaboration. The meeting focused on strengthening technological capabilities, expanding digital infrastructure, and exploring new opportunities in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and financial technology.

Yazbeck noted that the partnership reflects a shared commitment to developing scalable technological solutions that will support businesses, enhance productivity, and drive sustainable economic growth across the continent.
