The newly constituted Task Force is charged with driving the governance and implementation framework of the landmark project, which integrates housing development with agricultural productivity to foster sustainable, self-reliant communities.
Speaking during the inauguration, Dr. Anite-Uzoka described the initiative as a strategic step toward coordinated investment and inclusive economic growth. She noted that the SIPC model is designed to create productive communities where residents can live, work, and thrive through structured planning and agricultural value-chain development.
The Niger State pilot is expected to serve as a model for replication across the country, aligning with the Federal Government’s broader objectives of economic diversification, food security, and sustainable community development.
