Osun: Monarch gives scholarships, educational materials to orphans

In fulfillment of his promise to serve humanity as a traditional ruler and for his love and assistance for the less privileged, a traditional ruler in Osun State, the Elerinmo of Erinmo, Oba Michael Odunayo Ajayi, Arowotawaya II, has sponsored three students of Ilesa Grammar School, Ilesa.
Oba Arowotawaya, made the presentation of the scholarships to the three students through one of the Principals of the school, Mrs Mohammed.
According to the Principal, “Kabiesi, during the programme in Ilesa Grammar school, you requested for orphans and only 3 orphans were available all 3 have been taken care of by you Kabiyesi, the Elerinmo of Erinmo, His Royal Majesty, Oba Michael Odunayo Ajayi, Arowotawaya II”.

Present at the presentation were the guardians of the students who received the items which included fees for the students, school uniforms, and bags, among other items.
While speaking, the guardians appreciated the monarch for this kind gesture and prayed for more favor and blessings upon him, good health, and long life on the throne of his forefathers.
The three beneficiaries of this kind gesture by the royal father are Afolasade Ajoke (female) SS 2, Agboola Seun (male) JSS 2, and Ojoluyi Precious (female) JSS 2.
These are in addition to the numerous students being sponsored by Kabiyesi in Primary, Secondary schools, and tertiary institutions in the state and beyond.
