Post COVID-19: Kukasheka to address conference of scholars on media, security
Former Director of the Nigerian Army’s Public Relations Directorate and a public relations consultant, Brig-Gen Sani Usman Kukasheka rtd, will on Wednesday, May 26th address African communication scholars at a conference in Bayero University Kano (BUK).
According to information obtained by Our Nigeria Magazine, the Keynote paper will focus on the Media and Security in New Media Age and Post COVID-19 era. African Council for Communication Education (ACCE) is the biggest association and forum of media professionals, educators in Mass Communication, Journalism and Cultural Studies, and associated disciplines in African.

The annual general meeting and conference which is taking place at the Department of Mass Communication in BUK, is a forum where the scholars and professionals discuss, evaluate and plan common communication and journalism training strategies.
It is also to raise awareness on current issues among communication training institutions, assess common needs and generate solutions for the continent’s benefit and the world.
The theme for this year’s confab is “Mediating Security in the New Media Age and in a COVID-19 Era: Discourse, Technology, and Society.”
