Senator Abba Moro, Oyewumi, Others Pay Condolence Visit To Saraki Over Mother’s Death

The Minority Leader of the Senate, Senator Abba Moro in company of the Deputy Minority Leader of the Senate, Akogun Lere Oyewumi led a Senate delegation to pay a condolence visit to a former Senate President, Bukola Saraki, over the demise of his mother, Chief Mrs. Florence Morenike Saraki.
The visit was marked by a deep sense of loss and respect for Mrs. Saraki, whose life and legacy continue to resonate with those who knew her. Among the delegation were Senator Abdul Ningi, Sen. Ned Nwoko, Sen. Benson Agadaga, Sen. Binos Yaro, Sen. Ekong Sampson, Former PDP National Organizing Secretary, Austin Akobondu, amongst others.
During the visit, Senate minority leader, Senator Abba Moro extended the delegation deepest sympathies to the Saraki family, acknowledging the profound impact Mrs Saraki has on her family, the community, and the legacy she left behind, which continue to inspire many. He prays to God to repose the soul of Chief Mrs Saraki and uphold the family after her death.
Senator Lere Oyewumi equally expressed his hope that the Saraki family finds solace in the cherished memories and the enduring legacy of their mother, Mrs Saraki. He concluded by offering prayers for the peaceful repose of Chief Mrs Saraki’s soul and for the strength and comfort of the Saraki’s family during this time of mourning.
Responding, the former Senate President, Bukola Saraki thanked the delegation for the honour of taking time out of their busy schedule to condole with him and his family on the loss of the matriarch of the Saraki family. He equally wished them well in their political journey during this trying time.
