Japeth Omojuwa, a Nigerian media figure, has disproved the rumour that Seyi Tinubu, President Bola Tinubu’s son, contributed N15 million to the son of late artist MohBad.
Omojuwa refuted the news report, claiming that Seyi did not make a 15 million naira donation to Mohbad’s kid.
The announcement comes after musician Bella Shmurda praised Seyi Tinubu in a tweet about his donation.
Omojuwa, who has been discussing the issue with Seyi Tinubu, came forward to provide clarity on the matter.
According to him, he had been in contact with Seyi Tinubu regarding the donation.
However, when Bella Shmurda’s tweet came to his attention, Omojuwa immediately forwarded it to Seyi Tinubu.

Omojuwa stated unequivocally that the reported 15 million naira donation was not made by Seyi Tinubu. Instead, they talked about prioritizing the child’s education and offering urgent assistance to the family.
Omojuwa noted the potential political ramifications of any action taken, emphasizing the situation’s complexities.
Omojuwa claimed that he encouraged Seyi not to become engaged in the social media craze around the subject since any word or action would be politicized.
They finally agreed to focus on supporting the child’s education and assisting the wife after much deliberation and discussion.
Both parties were aware of the possibility of political exploitation in the current climate. In conclusion, Omojuwa noted that in today’s world, one must navigate such situations in the best way possible.
