The Tudun Biri facility is among several resettlement projects being implemented across Kaduna, Kebbi, Sokoto, Zamfara, Niger, Katsina and Benue States, as part of the Federal Government’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

Conceived as a structured intervention, RSPIC provides sustainable and well-planned resettlement solutions for displaced and conflict-affected populations, signaling a deliberate shift from short-term humanitarian relief to long-term recovery, resilience and social reintegration.

Speaking at the commissioning ceremony, stakeholders noted that the scheme reflects strong leadership and institutional commitment at the highest levels of government, aimed at rebuilding livelihoods and fostering lasting peace in vulnerable communities.

Commendations were extended to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his visionary leadership, as well as to the Office of the Vice President for its steadfast support and oversight of the initiative. Appreciation was also expressed to the Kaduna State Government for its cooperation, and to the Tudun Biri community for its resilience and partnership throughout the project.

Implementing partners and stakeholders were equally acknowledged for their dedication, with officials describing the resettlement site as a symbol of collective effort in transforming tragedy into a pathway for recovery and renewed hope.
