Woman Claims She Removed 20 Ribs to Achieve Tiny Waist
Abdulahi Rukayat Oluwaremilekun, the woman who gained attention online for her extremely tiny waist, has revealed details about the controversial body modification surgery she underwent.
According to Rukayat, she removed 20 ribs as part of the procedure and allegedly sold each rib for 600 dollars, amounting to a total of 12,000 dollars, which is estimated at over ₦16 million.
She also claimed that she now has 41 ribs remaining, with two reportedly bent following the surgery.
Rukayat had earlier explained that the surgery was carried out to correct what she described as irregular hips and achieve her desired body shape.
She further stated that the operation affected her ability to give birth naturally.
The revelation has sparked widespread reactions on social media, with many users expressing concern about the health risks associated with extreme cosmetic and body modification procedures.
Medical experts have repeatedly warned that major cosmetic surgeries can carry serious health complications and should only be undertaken under proper medical guidance and supervision.
