Yobe Governor Boosts State Security with 20 New Toyota Land Cruisers

In effort to bolster state security, Governor Mai Mala Buni has gifted 20 brand-new Toyota Land Cruiser vehicles to security agencies.
This was contained in a press statement signed by Mamman Mohammed, the Director General of Press and Media Affairs for the Governor.
The statement said Governor Buni presented the vehicles during the inauguration of the Yobe State Security Planning and Coordination Group, emphasizing their role in enhancing the operational capabilities of security forces, particularly during the critical cropping season.
“We have procured additional 20 Toyota Land Cruiser (Sansar) vehicles at this strategic period of cropping season to enhance the operational capability of the security agencies in providing adequate and timely security to our farmers in some soft targets especially along the borders,” Buni stated.
The Governor urged security operatives to utilize the vehicles for their intended purposes and maintain them diligently. He highlighted the importance of the newly formed security group in creating a unified and inclusive approach to state security.
Governor Buni’s initiative aims to ensure the safety and productivity of Yobe’s agricultural sector, reflecting his commitment to a secure and prosperous state.
