Zamfara: Army frees more seven varsity students

The Joint Task Force of Operation Hadarin Daji has freed seven more female students abducted from the Federal University Gusau in Zamfara State.

OURNIGERIA reports that last Friday bandits stormed the university and abducted around 20 students from their rented lodging in the state’s Sabon Gida, Bungudu LGA.

Zagazola Makama, a counter-insurgency journal focused on the Lake Chad region, stated that the seven students were rescued alongside three male workers from Gupran Engineering Zervices Ltd.

The troops had earlier rescued six female students the same Friday.
