Why Nigerian youths kick against reopening of Lekki Toll Gate

Nigerian youths have planned to re-assemble at Lekki Toll Gate on Saturday, the 13th of February 2021 as officials announce to commence activities.

Recall that the Lagos State Panel on EndSARS had on Saturday approved the reopening of the gate after counsels to the owner company argued for the reopening.

However some members of the panel were not in support of the decision .

With the trending tag occupy, they have called on the Lagos State Government to serve Justice to those who lost their lives before re-opening the gate.

The Toll Gate was shutdown in 2020 as a result of #Endsars protests which hijacked by hoodlums

They claim that hundreds of youths killed by the Nigeria Security at the toll gate during the protests

Meanwhile while speaking to some persons on the issue Ahmad Umar said no body has come openly to the Panel of Inquiry state that they lost anyone as a result the Lekki Toll gate shooting
