Halilu said the project reflects NASENI’s resolve to equip young Nigerians with practical skills in modern agriculture and technology-driven innovation. According to him, the initiative is aimed at boosting food security, enhancing productivity, and creating sustainable jobs in line with the Federal Government’s Renewed Hope agenda.

The Agric Incubation Park is designed to bridge the gap between research and real-world application by transforming academic findings into practical solutions for farmers and agribusinesses. It is expected to serve as a hub for training, technology transfer, and collaboration among researchers, students, and industry stakeholders.

The NASENI chief emphasized that the agency remains focused on leveraging science, engineering, and strategic partnerships to shape the future of agriculture in Nigeria and strengthen the country’s drive toward self-sufficiency.
