Dr. Doris Uzoka-Anite, CFA, has been redeployed to the Ministry of Budget and Economic Planning as Minister of State, a move she described as an honour and a mark of confidence from President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In a statement, Dr. Uzoka-Anite expressed gratitude to the President for entrusting her with this new role and pledged her commitment to supporting the Renewed Hope Agenda and delivering measurable outcomes for Nigerians.
She also congratulated Taiwo Oyedele on his nomination as Minister of State for Finance, wishing him a smooth confirmation process and success in his responsibilities.
Dr. Uzoka-Anite highlighted her focus on aligning planning, budgeting, and implementation across government and looks forward to working closely with the Honourable Minister, Abubakar Bagudu,, the ministry leadership, and stakeholders nationwide to advance national priorities, strengthen coordination, and accelerate inclusive growth.
