In a show of solidarity and support, the National Coordinator of the Association of Nigerian Women in Business Network (ANWBN), Mrs. Angela Ajala, along with a delegation from the African Women in Business (AWEP), paid a visit to the secretariat of the Defence and Police Officers’ Wives Association (DEPOWA) on Friday.

AWEP, as Mrs. Ajala explained, serves as a powerful coalition of women’s networks dedicated to addressing crucial issues concerning women’s capacity building. Recognizing the valuable work of DEPOWA, she expressed AWEP’s strong support and keen interest in exploring collaborative opportunities.
DEPOWA President, Mrs. Oghogho Musa, warmly welcomed the AWEP delegation and expressed her sincere gratitude for their encouragement and support. She readily affirmed DEPOWA’s willingness to join forces with AWEP in their endeavors, recognizing the potential for greater impact through combined efforts.
The visit was marked by several key moments, including the signing of the visitors’ book, a tour of the DEPOWA Secretariat, and a photo session capturing the spirit of collaboration and mutual respect.
