PSC Releases List of Successful Candidates for Recruitment of 50,000 Police Constables

The Police Service Commission (PSC) has released the list of successful candidates for the recruitment of 50,000 Police Constables into the Nigeria Police Force (NPF).

In a statement issued by the Commission, the PSC said the successful applicants emerged after the completion of a transparent, inclusive and merit-based recruitment exercise conducted in collaboration with the Nigeria Police Force, the Federal Character Commission, the Federal Ministry of Police Affairs, State Career and Counselling Departments, and the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC).

The Commission advised applicants who participated in the Computer-Based Test (CBT) to visit the official police recruitment portal from Thursday, July 16, 2026, to verify their application status.

According to the PSC, successful candidates will also receive notifications through their registered email addresses and phone numbers.

The Commission directed candidates offered provisional admission to report to their designated Police Training Institutions on dates to be announced for documentation, medical screening and other admission formalities.

Applicants are expected to report with the original copies of their credentials and other required documents as specified on the official recruitment portal.

The PSC reaffirmed its commitment to a transparent and credible recruitment process aimed at strengthening the operational capacity of the Nigeria Police Force through the enlistment of qualified personnel.
