Trump Shares Throwback Photos of Himself, Obama Amid Ongoing Public Rivalry
U.S. President Donald Trump has shared side-by-side photographs of himself and former President Barack Obama in their younger years, in the latest episode of the long-running public exchanges between the two political figures.
Trump posted the images on his Truth Social platform on Saturday, days after Obama reportedly suggested that he continues to occupy the current president’s thoughts.
Before sharing the throwback photographs, Trump had posted an AI-generated image depicting himself holding the Earth while carrying an American flag over his shoulder, as well as a photograph from a recent UFC event held outside the White House.
The latest post comes amid years of political rivalry between Trump and Obama. Since returning to office, Trump has continued to criticize his predecessor during public appearances and on social media.
In recent weeks, the president has also shared several AI-generated images targeting Obama, including one portraying the former president’s presidential centre as a dumpster, further highlighting the ongoing political tensions between the two leaders.
The exchange has continued to attract attention online, with supporters and critics of both men weighing in on the latest social media posts as the rivalry between America’s 44th and current presidents remains firmly in the public spotlight.
