The enforcement took place after the court affirmed claims of unpaid rent and approved the sale of the property to settle outstanding obligations. Officials arrived at the premises to remove assets belonging to the Cubana Group, marking the latest development in a dispute that has drawn public attention.

According to documents cited in the case, the administrator of the property alleged that the rent backlog remained unpaid despite repeated notices. The court subsequently ruled in favour of the administrator, clearing the way for eviction and transfer of possession.

As of press time, representatives of the Cubana Group have not issued an official statement regarding the eviction or the next steps for the Abuja branch.

The situation continues to generate reactions from patrons and observers, many of whom describe the lounge as one of the city’s most vibrant nightlife spots.
