Customer Service Week 2024: NITDA Celebrates Staff for Exemplary Service

The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) marked its 2024 Customer Service Week with an award event themed “Celebrate Service Heroes.”
Speaking at the event, the Director General of NITDA, Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi, represented by Mr Oladejo Olawumi lauded the agency’s staff for their dedication and commitment to delivering excellent service.
In his opening remarks, Abdullahi highlighted the significance of the week’s theme, “Above & Beyond,” which reflects the agency’s drive to exceed customer expectations. He acknowledged the hard work of the staff, noting that their efforts have been key to NITDA’s success in fostering a culture of service excellence.
The event was attended by distinguished guests, including the National Coordinator of SERVICOM, Mrs. Nnenna Akajimeli, who, along with other directors and heads of departments, joined in celebrating NITDA’s staff as the true heroes behind the agency’s achievements.
Abdullahi urged the staff to continue striving for excellence, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and collaboration to create an environment where every customer feels valued. He ended his speech by expressing appreciation for the employees’ passion and dedication, calling them the “Service Heroes” of the agency.
The celebration served as a platform to bond, share experiences, and renew the commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
