President and Chief Executive Officer of Dangote Industries Limited, Aliko Dangote, alongside the Chairman of Sinoma International Engineering, Lin Zhong, presided over the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Dangote Cement Plc and Sinoma International Engineering.

The MOU, signed in Lagos on Friday in February 2026, establishes a Strategic Framework Agreement for the execution of twelve (12) new construction and expansion projects across the Dangote Cement Group.
The agreement is expected to strengthen long-standing collaboration between the two companies and support Dangote Cement’s expansion drive, enhancing production capacity, operational efficiency, and regional footprint. Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to delivering the projects to global standards, reinforcing industrial growth and infrastructure development across the Group’s operations.
