Hotel Date Turns Sour as Woman Allegedly Escapes With Man’s Car, Gadgets in Abuja
A Nigerian man has reported an alleged case of theft after a young woman identified as Precious Chinyere reportedly fled with his car and other personal belongings during a hotel stay in Asokoro, Federal Capital Territory.

The incident occurred on Thursday, February 5, after the pair checked into a hotel for a short-time stay. According to the victim, events took a troubling turn later in the evening when he discovered that Precious had left the room without informing him.
She allegedly made away with several of his personal items, including mobile phones, a laptop, and his car.
The distressed man promptly reported the matter to the police.
Confirming the development, the spokesperson of the FCT Police Command, SP Josephine Adeh, said the case is under active investigation, adding that efforts are ongoing to track down and apprehend the suspect.
Police have urged members of the public with useful information to come forward as investigations continue.
