‘Little Mermaid’ star Halle Bailey welcomes son with boyfriend DDG

In a beautiful celebration of new beginnings, Halle Bailey, renowned for her enchanting portrayal in The Little Mermaid, and her boyfriend DDG have officially welcomed a bundle of joy into their lives.
The couple, who had been sparking speculation for months, delightedly announced they had their son in 2023.
Bailey took to social media to share the heartfelt news, posting a touching photograph capturing the essence of their joy. The image, a close-up of their newborn’s tiny hand adorned with a delicate gold bracelet, with his name: Halo. “Even though we’re a few days into the new year, the greatest thing that 2023 could have done for me was bring me my son.. welcome to the world, my halo,” Bailey wrote in the caption, adding with laughing emojis, “the world is desperate to know you.”
“My biggest blessing by far son son.. never been so in love,” DDG wrote in a caption of the same photo on his Instagram account.
The news comes after months of speculation that Bailey and DDG were expecting, with Bailey even pushing back against the speculations. For months, she wore baggy clothes to hide her tummy, then in December, she posted a video of herself with a flat tummy but observers commented that she had all the physical attributes of a woman who just welcomed a baby.
