Two of the mobile clinics were donated to the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), fulfilling an earlier promise made by the First Lady, while the third unit was presented to the Taraba State Government following her recent visit to the state during a health programme for frontline healthcare workers.
Speaking during the handover, Senator Tinubu emphasized that service to Nigerians must transcend party politics, noting that her primary focus remains the wellbeing of citizens.
“Our approach is people first — ensuring access to quality healthcare, faster emergency response, and improved medical outreach nationwide,” she said.
She added that the initiative is designed to bridge healthcare gaps, particularly in hard-to-reach areas, and expressed hope that the mobile clinics would be deployed responsibly to save lives and bring relief to families and communities in need.
The Renewed Hope Initiative continues to prioritize impactful interventions in health, education, and social welfare, reinforcing the administration’s commitment to inclusive development and improved living standards for Nigerians.
