Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has commissioned the Irele Tower at the Lagos Free Zone along the Lekki-Epe Expressway, marking another milestone in the state’s urban and economic development.

The newly inaugurated Irele Tower is an EDGE-certified green building, designed to promote energy and water efficiency while ensuring a healthier indoor environment for occupants.
Speaking at the commissioning, Sanwo-Olu highlighted the importance of sustainable infrastructure in building a modern city, noting that the facility also offers flexible shared workspaces tailored to today’s evolving work culture.
He explained that the space is designed to support productivity for freelancers, consultants, and remote workers, reflecting global trends in workplace innovation.
The governor expressed satisfaction with the continued growth of the Lekki-Epe corridor, describing the project as another step toward creating a more efficient, business-friendly, and forward-looking Lagos.
