Vice President Kashim Shettima has called on members of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) and heads of government agencies to intensify public education on the policies and programmes of the current administration.

The Vice President made the appeal at an interfaith breaking of fast dinner held at the State House for members of the FEC and heads of federal agencies. He spoke on behalf of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, emphasizing the need for sustained engagement with citizens to clarify the intentions and expected outcomes of government reforms.
Shettima noted that despite the growing popularity of the All Progressives Congress (APC), which has led to defections by some state governors to the ruling party, it remains crucial for public officials to consistently communicate the benefits of the administration’s policies.
Reflecting on the administration’s journey since inception, the Vice President acknowledged that nearly three years of reforms have contributed to stabilizing the nation’s economy and repositioning it for growth.
He commended President Tinubu for providing what he described as the decisive leadership required at this critical period and expressed appreciation to members of the council and agency heads for their contributions to the administration’s progress.
Prayers were offered for continued strength and wisdom for the President, as well as for peace, unity and sustainable development across Nigeria.
