It was glitz and glamour as his Excellency, Lt.General Ambassador Tukur Yusufu Buratai (rtd), CFR, was conferred with a top traditional title, Ochiagha Dike Eji Ogu- Aguleri by His Royal Majesty, Dr. Mike Idigo V. Igwe of Aguleri Kingdom during the 124th Annual Ovala Aguleri fiesta on Saturday, January 6th, 2024.
