Hadejia explained that the competition started in Lagos in April, with the climax in Kaduna.
“A lot has been said before we came in here, but everything has been held in a peaceful manner. We have been telling people that Kaduna is safe.
“We have teams from Kebbi, Lagos, Kwara and Kaduna,” he added. On the challenges faced, he thanked God that they were surmounted.
“We must thank God for giving us the opportunity in this situation of COVID-19 and others to host such a major competition in Kaduna which is a national final,” he stressed.
He said a conducive platform has been created for players by the Beach Soccer Association, in collaboration with the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to bring players together.
“We are united here as one Family. I cannot but commend everyone for making it a huge success,” he said.
