Aisha Buratai charges upcoming paint artists on perseverance

 

A self-taught Artist whose interests are landscapes and nature and paints mostly in yellow and red Aisha Turkur Buratai has urged Nigerian upcoming painters/artists to persevere and hold up to their dreams in order to achieve success.

Aisha gave the charge during an exclusive interview with OurNigeria News Magazine in Abuja recently.

According to the 19-year old artist, every artwork means different things to different people.

Aisha, who is a student of Biotechnology at Nile University, disclosed that she started painting at the age of 17 and has painted over 100 pieces and exhibited 40 pieces.

She expressed gratitude to her parents whom she described as “very support” given that her artworks wouldn’t have achieved success without their support.

Aisha said even though she looks forward to working as a biotechnologist in the future, she won’t quit painting.

“I have loved Arts from when I was very young but sadly I can only admire, manage or encourage creative works of the painting inclination.
