APC Announces Committees for National Assembly Primary Elections

The All Progressives Congress has announced the composition of its Primary Election Committees and Primary Election Appeal Committees ahead of the forthcoming National Assembly primary elections.

The announcement was contained in a statement issued by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka.

According to the party, the committees will oversee the conduct of the primaries and handle appeals arising from the exercise as preparations intensify for the upcoming elections.

The APC called on members, aspirants, and stakeholders to conduct themselves peacefully throughout the process and ensure adherence to the principles of transparency, fairness, and internal democracy.

The party also urged all participants to cooperate with the committees to guarantee a smooth and credible primary election process across the country.

The National Assembly primary elections are expected to determine the APC’s candidates for various Senate and House of Representatives seats ahead of the general elections.
