The assets—ranging from hotels, residential buildings, lands, schools, to a printing press—are located across Kebbi, Kano, and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

The valuation of these properties is substantial: those in Kebbi are estimated at N162.2 billion, Kano at N16 billion, and the FCT at N34.7 billion.
