A New York-based TikTok user told the story of how he found out that the older sister he had grown up with was actually his mother.

A man has told how he found out aged 21 that the older sister he had grown up with was actually his mother.
The 21-year-old man who identified as Sham Griffs posted a video saying he always felt that he had a stronger bond with his older sibling.
He explained that they would also and always fight like most kids.
He said: “okay so you know you always have that one family member that you just do everything with.
“You have an unbreakable bond, she had my back, I had her back. We fought as all siblings do.
“But nobody on this planet could have come between us. So, my mom honestly, this still feels weird to say.
“My mother, my biological mother got pregnant at a young age, a typical teenage pregnancy,” he said.
“But being the type of person that she is, she never wanted to get an abortion, especially not for her first child, that was honestly out of the question,” Sham further stated.
He added that his grandmother was happy to raise him as though he was her own child which he never knew. He explained that the plan was that he would be told at the age of 18.
“So, they agreed that my grandma would raise me as her own kid until I reached the age of 18.
But honestly, growing up, I always just felt that connection with my older sister,” he continued.
“She always gave me such a mother vibe, as older sisters are supposed to, but it was just next level.
I just felt like there is something they are not telling me, but I never questioned it.
I grew up in a pretty loving household and I just never questioned it,” Sham said.
