Known for his iconic portrayal of Kabiyesi in “The Village Headmaster,” Nigeria’s longest-running television soap opera that graced the screens from 1968 to 1988, Dejumo Lewis left an indelible mark on the hearts of viewers.
The esteemed actor, born on 28 July 1943, passed away in the early hours of Friday December 22, leaving a legacy that resonates through decades of Nigerian entertainment. His role alongside stalwarts like Justus Esiri and Femi Robinson solidified his place in the annals of Nollywood history.
