King-Gaza Care Foundation Sets to Launch Ideato annual Inter-School Competition

King-Gaza Care Foundation (KCF), a non-governmental organization will organize its maiden Ideato Inter-school Annual Competition sometime this year, 2022.

This is made known to newsmen in an event held recently by the organization at Royal Suite  Aba.

Speaking at the event, the founder and Chief Executive Officer of the organization, Chief Kingsley Mbakwe, expressed joy for the success story of the organization since it was founded.

He stated that his greatest joy is to always put smiles on the faces of many Nigerians with the little God has blessed him with. Furthering, the renowned philanthropist and ace businessman expressed displeasure that teeming young Nigerians are out of school as a result of the inability of their parents to pay their fees.

Continuing, the Ugbelle-born philanthropist regretted the decline in education in the country, pointing out that the dearth of proper education delivery, motivation and supervision have negatively affected the performance of students.

He used the medium to thank the government, individuals, and groups for their effort in trying to reposition the educational sector in the country. He however enjoined other well-meaning Nigerians not to relent in supporting the education and empowerment of the less-privileged, adding that embarking on the inter-school competition with juicy benefits attached for the winner, could be key to enhancing students’ performance.

Still speaking, Chief Mbakwe disclosed that plans are on top gear to launch the organization’s maiden annual quiz competition in his constituency, Ideato, in Imo State, noting that such exercise is aimed at raising healthy competition among students for a greater result. His words:

“I am always overjoyed each time I put smiles on the less-privileged or make meaningful contributions to the development of my town, Ugbelle, my constituency, Ideato, my state, Imo and Nigeria at large. I founded the KCF not because I have money but because I feel from the little I have, I could share with those that don’t have any. I am happy with the level we have gone. Nigeria is blessed with philanthropists, and many never failed to identify with matters affecting the education of the less-privileged or empowerment of teeming youths.

We will launch the KCF’s Annual Inter-school Quiz Competition sometime this year, and we believe that such exercises would come in handy in enhancing the students’ performance.
