The courses include the Young Officers’ Course (YOC), A3 Photography, and A3 Video Operations Courses.

Addressing the eager students at the school auditorium, Lieutenant Colonel Ngulde expressed his satisfaction with the elevated standard of training at NASPRI.

He encouraged the students to seize this valuable opportunity to delve into the essentials of Public Relations, cautioning them against the negative use of social media by personnel.

Emphasising the school’s commitment to sensitising students on Defence Social Media Policies, he acknowledged the unwavering support of Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja, the Chief of Army Staff, for creating an environment conducive to NASPRI’s functions.

Additionally, he expressed gratitude to Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla, the Chief of Naval Staff, for consistently enrolling naval personnel in NASPRI courses.

The Acting Senior Instructor of the school, Captain Everest Ochienta, urged the students to settle into their academic tasks, acknowledging the high expectations ahead. He reminded them that “engaging in extracurricular activities such as morning PT, evening games, a 3.5 Km race, and field training exercises (Ex-Mulkin Kai and Ex-Commentary) would be part of their academic requirements before graduation,” as he concluded by affirming NASPRI’s commitment to fulfilling its mandate by imparting the necessary knowledge, aligning with the COAS command philosophy of transforming the Nigerian Army into a well-trained, equipped, and highly motivated force for constitutional responsibilities within a joint environment.

The event’s highlight featured the ceremonial inauguration of the students and capturing memorable moments through photographs, marking the commencement of their educational journey at NASPRI.
