Re: Past Leaders of Christ Apostolic Church (1943 Till Date)

In response to a list currently circulating on social media under the above caption, it is important to clarify and set the record straight.

All individuals paraded as leaders of the General Executive Council (GEC) were appointed under a certificate of incorporation that was fraudulently obtained in 1991. This certificate has since been cancelled by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Similarly, all those referred to as leaders of the so-called Supreme Council, following the passing of Pastor G.O. Lagunju, were appointed without any legitimate certificate of incorporation whatsoever.

For the avoidance of doubt, and to preserve the authentic and sacred history of our Church for posterity, below is the accurate list of past and present leaders of Christ Apostolic Church, Nigeria and Overseas. All names listed here were duly appointed under the authority of the Church’s Certificate of Incorporation dated either 1943 or 1985, registered as Number 147.
