The All Progressives Congress (APC) has released a revised timetable and schedule of activities ahead of the 2027 General Elections.
The updated schedule, signed by the party’s National Organising Secretary, Sulaiman Muhammad Argungu, outlines adjustments to key processes, including timelines for screening of aspirants, appeals, and the conduct of primary elections.
According to the party, the revised timetable also provides clear directives on the sale of Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms, as well as details of approved bank accounts designated to receive payments related to the purchase of the forms.
In a statement issued by the National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka, the party said the changes were aimed at ensuring a more efficient and transparent electoral process within its ranks.
The development is part of the APC’s early preparations for the 2027 polls, as political parties begin internal processes to select candidates and strengthen party structures nationwide.
The announcement is expected to guide party members, aspirants, and stakeholders on compliance with timelines and procedures leading up to the primaries and eventual participation in the general elections.
