CDS Expresses Condolences to Kenya Following Defence Chief’s Death
The Chief of Defence Staff, General Christopher Musa, has extended condolences to the Government and people of the Republic of Kenya following the tragic death of the Kenya Chief of the Defence Forces, General Francis Ogolla.
Expressing deep sadness on behalf of the Armed Forces of Nigeria, General Musa conveyed sympathies over the helicopter crash that claimed the lives of General Ogolla and other senior military officers of the Kenya Defence Forces in Maramwet County.
In his statement, General Musa praised General Ogolla’s exemplary service, noting his decorated career, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to the security of Kenya and the broader East African sub-region. He emphasized the significant impact General Ogolla had during his tenure, highlighting his commitment to the defense and stability of Africa.
