Davido faces legal action from baby mama

Renowned Nigerian singer Davido’s baby mama, Sophia Momodu has taken legal action against him as she slams him with a cease and desist letter accusing the singer of cyber bullying and harassment.
Sophia Momodu’s legal team, PUNUKA Attorneys and Solicitors, issued the ‘cease and desist’ letter to Davido’s attorneys.
The legal action follows recent accusations by Tiwa Savage, who claimed that Davido threatened her concerning her relationship with Sophie.
The cease and desist letter accuses Davido of engaging in smear campaigns on social media, orchestrating coordinated cyberbullying attacks, and making threatening remarks towards associates of Sophia Momodu.
The letter partly read:
“It is shocking that notwithstanding our earlier email to your good self which was not responded to and the petition against your client curently being investigated by the Police, your client has continued with his disruptive and unlawful conduct.
Our client in the last couple of days has been subjected to series of coordinated attacks and cyberbullying orchestrated by your client and his cohorts.”
It continued “we are again, by this letter reiterating our position expressed in our earlier email that your client would be held responsible for any harm that may befall our client as such will be a clear manifestation of the threats and premedicated ambitions of your client.”
