Dr. Dikwa felicitates with new Acting IGP, urges him to be guided by principles of truth

The Founder and President of Al-Ansar Foundation Dr M K Dikwa has felicitated with the new Acting Inspector General of Police (IGP) Usman Baba Alkali.

Mr. Baba Alkali was appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari, as the Acting IGP to replace Muhammed Adamu last Tuesday.

Felicitating with the new IGP Dr. Dikwa in a statement that was issued by his Senior Special Assistant (SSA), Abubakar Mohammed charged the new Police Chief to leave up to the expectations of Nigerians.

He said: “On behalf of myself and the entire members of the Al-Ansar Foundation, please accept our congratulations on your new appointment. We believe that this elevation is well deserved and it is a reward of your hard work and professionalism as a police officer.

“These are trying times but Allah (SWT) who destined you to made IGP will equip you with every grace and virtue you need to honourably discharge your duties”.

Dr. Dikwa enjoined the Acting IGP to serve his Fatherland with courage and be guided by the principles of truth, justice and equity.

“I want to admonish you to serve your country with patriotism, justice, equity, and fairness to all Nigerians. Please be rest assured that Al-Ansar Foundation will continue to wish you well and pray for your success,” Dr. Dikwa stated.
