NAOWA President Hails Chairperson NAOWA 6 Division Chapter Over Achievements (Pictures)
Mrs Mariya Abiodun Lagbaja, President of the Nigerian Army Officers’ Wives Association (NAOWA), has applauded Mrs Maryam Abdussalam, Chairperson of the NAOWA 6 Division Chapter, for her excellent achievements in a short period of office.
Mrs Lagbaja made the remarks while receiving Mrs Abdussalam and members of her entourage on a courtesy visit to the NAOWA National Secretariat in Abuja.
The NAOWA President commended the Chairperson for her concerted efforts in promoting NAOWA operations within her Area of Responsibility, and encouraged other NAOWA members to follow suit in order to propel the Association to greater heights.

Mrs Abdussalam, Chairperson NAOWA 6 Division Chapter, congratulated the NAOWA president on her appointment as the 23rd President and assured her of her commitment and support. She afterwards conveyed her heartfelt appreciation for the warm welcome she and her company received at the NAOWA National Secretariat.
Mrs Abdussalam further stated that in other to key into the vision of the NAOWA President, which is “Sustaining Legacies through Unwavering Commitment to Unity and Service for the Betterment of Humanity”, she had earlier paid a courtesy visit to the General Officer Commanding (GOC) 6 Division where she briefed the GOC on the activities and projections of the Chapter in line the vision of the President NAOWA, which the GOC approved, assuring of his steadfast commitment and support for NAOWA activities within his AOR.
The interactive session, signing of the visitors book, presentation of mementos, and group photographs were highlights of the visit.
