Nigerian Bar Association Lauds EFCC’s Anti-Corruption Efforts

The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Kaduna State Branch, has lauded the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) for its unwavering commitment to combatting corruption, economic, and financial crimes in the country.
During a courtesy visit to the Kaduna Zonal Command of the EFCC, the NBA representatives, led by Chairman Godwin Ochai, expressed their appreciation for the professionalism demonstrated by the Commission in its anti-corruption endeavors.
The lawyers took the opportunity to pledge their support to the EFCC’s anti-corruption fight and extended congratulations to Dr. Benedict Ubi, the recently appointed Acting Zonal Director of the Kaduna Zonal Command.
In response, Dr. Ubi expressed gratitude for the NBA’s visit and thanked the legal practitioners for their assurance of support to the Commission. He urged them to continue providing credible information that would aid in the effective prosecution of corruption cases.
The visit highlighted the collaborative effort between the legal community and law enforcement agencies in the pursuit of justice and accountability in Nigeria.
