Osun APC Women Leader Assures Massive Female Support Ahead of Gov Poll

The All Progressives Congress, APC Women Leader in Osun State, Alhaja Kudirat Fakokunde has said that women will vote massively for the Governorship candidate of their party, Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji, AMBO, come August 15th, 2026 Governorship election.
Alhaja Fakokunde gave this assurance while speaking on the Impact Digital Television, IDTV, Yoruba personality interview programme, themed “Apero,” in Ogo-Oluwa, Osogbo, Osun State, on Friday.

According to her, women in the state were already mobilising to give the governorship candidate of the Osun APC huge votes more than ever before.
Alhaja Fakokunde emphasised that, “AMBO has all it takes to move the state forward. I am convinced beyond reasonable doubt that he will help build a greater Osun.
“We must vote for him; we must do our best to bring greater glory to the state. Our Osun is our future, and all women must come out en masse to ensure total victory for AMBO.
“Let us as women leave better legacies for generations yet unborn by voting for AMBO.”
Alhaja Fakokunde, who was a teacher turned politician, appreciated God for her life and the unalloyed support to her by the entire women in the state, while promising not to relent in mobilising women both in the urban and rural areas to ensure total victory for AMBO in August 15.
“There is no doubt about that; AMBO will turn around the fortune of the entire Osun State, as his administration will touch all sectors, which will contribute to the welfare and betterment of the citizens of the state.
“I also want to use this medium to appeal to all women in the state who are eligible to vote to protect their Permanent Voter Card, PVC, which will enable them to vote for AMBO,” adding that “without the PVC, you will not be able to vote.” Alhaja Fakokunde emphasised.
