Led by head coach Eric Chelle, Nigeria came from behind after an early strike by Mousa Tamari to take the lead through goals from Ademola Lookman and Emmanuel Fernandez.
Jordan, however, fought back late in the game as Mohammad Al-Daoud scored an equaliser, ensuring both sides shared the spoils.
Despite the draw, Nigeria secured the tournament title with four points, finishing ahead of second-placed Iran national football team.
Jordan had taken the lead in the 17th minute when Tamari converted a well-worked free-kick, with goalkeeper Francis Uzoho unable to keep the ball out. Nigeria responded quickly, although an earlier effort by Akor Adams was ruled out for offside.
The Super Eagles eventually drew level through a composed finish after a buildup involving Lookman, before Fernandez completed the comeback, slotting home at the far post from a cross by Bright Osayi-Samuel for his first international goal.
Substitute goalkeeper Adebayo Adeleye, who replaced the injured Uzoho, later conceded the equaliser through his legs as Al-Daoud grabbed his first international goal.
Nigeria were reduced to ten men late in the match after Alex Iwobi was sent off for retaliation, but held on to secure the draw and ultimately the tournament victory.
The result marks Nigeria’s second friendly tournament win in 10 months, following their triumph at the Unity Cup in London in 2025, and extends their unbeaten run in regulation time to seven matches.
